No collection is complete without the masterpiece that is the 1963 Split Window Corvette.
I am the third owner of this fantastic unrestored example that is optioned with the 340 HP 327, close ratio 4 speed, 4.11 posi rear, HD Metallic brakes, power windows, and AM-FM radio. It was sold new at my friend Jack Douglass’ legendary High Performance Chevrolet dealership in 1963 and has stayed within 100 miles of there its whole life. The glovebox contains a stack of registration receipts from new and the car drives like you’d expect of a great original car that has never been apart.
