1970 Shelby GT500 Convertible

Sold new at the famous Northwestern Ford, which was located a stone’s throw from where I’ve lived my entire life, this Grabber Yellow beauty is one of just nine cars finished in this eye-popping hue. It was also a one-owner car from 1970 until 2019 that lived its entire life in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. These 1970 Shelbys were all simply re-serialized late production 1969 units that were converted into 1970 models by Kar Kraft (under the watchful eye of the FBI which surprisingly allowed all of this tag switching!) making them the product of both Shelby and Kar Kraft making them that much more unique.
